hello hello! long time no see, not much going on around here. Heatwave has broken so you would assume i want to cook...not really. On saturday i did make this pasta dish which is one of my favourite. I did change it slightly, using cream in addition to the marscapone which made it sooooo good... but other than that, there is no cooking going on at all.
Surely my cooking groove will come back soon. Happy cooking!!

Thanks all, youd think that now with the heatwave gone id actually be motivated to cook but strangely enough its had some opposite outcome and i just dont want to cook at all! crazy. hope you all have happy cooking adventures. Will pop in to blogs :)
