The stress is not your friend!

As the weeks and stress sludge on so to does the weightloss another -0.1 kg for the week. I think some deep breathing techniques will be in store this week, I'd like to see a nice drop one of these days, more than a kilo thanks! Getting on those deep breathing techniques, caaaaalm caaaaaalm oooom ooooom.

After looking back through the weight loss and it hasn't been as bad as I thought

March -3.4kg
April -3kg
May -2kg
1st half June -1.6

July -1.8
August -2.9
Sept: predict maybe 2kg but friday will tell. Maybe it'll be another 100g loss for the 3rd week in a row lol

In any case it has been a pretty consistent downward trend despite the monumental gain in June. Let's just say that won't be happening again :P

I know 2011 will end with me being at least 15kg lighter than I started and that 2012 will bring me really close to being finished losing weight, if not all the way there!

The most comforting part is knowing this is the way I can comfortably and easily eat for the rest of my life so there won't be any of that "going off a diet re-gain" nonsense.

Cause when it's this good, there's no such thing as suffering :D

Farm fresh sausage, chicken salad, devil eggs and cold crunchy paprikas


or steak and fried egg with salad in lots of olive oil/avocado oil and sea salt.
